Story:
The story begins with Lord Vishnu (Brahmanandam) promising an entertaining story to Lakshmi Devi (Kovai Sarala). Ravi Teja (Ravi Teja) is a settlement agent in Hyderabad, while Ileana (Ileana D'Cruz) is a taxi driver in Bangkok. Both are orphans and who share common tastes. Due to a thokka arati (banana peel) launched by Papayya (MS Narayana) in the way, the story takes a certain direction and Ravi Teja goes to Bangkok to negotiate an agreement between the Circle Inspector Subba Raju (Subbaraju) and Bangkok Don Prakash Raj (Prakash Raj). Ileana meets with in this process and falls for her. But in step interval, fight and break up.
Unhappy with the turn of events, Lakshmi Devi decides to turn back time and avoid launching the thokka Papayya arati on the road. What new events occur because of this change is what the rest of the story is about
